Abstract:
Modern hydraulic systems due to the need to make a small and compact aggregates are usually designed using built-in components. Built-in components require low space and provide the possibility to drastically reduce amount of pipelines. Logic components, with regard to classical components, provide work of hydraulic systems with high flows but also with space savings and compactness. Disadvantage of built-in and logic components is that they require high level of fluid cleanliness which impose preventive and proactive maintenance activities. In this paper, through an example from practice, it has been shown significance of working fluid quality on performance of hydraulic shear machine with built-in and logic components.
